This little cutie modeled for me at the 2007 Cheyenne Celtic Fest, but I forgot to get his paw print and name on my photo release form. At the 2009 Cheyenne Celtic Festival, I found out his name is MacAlistair, as he made a return appearance. His people did tell me the kilts are sold as a fund-raiser for Westie Rescue of California, under the Westie Rescue Store tab:: Westie Rescue of California
